This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers in Germany.

The use of the host is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website possible. Where the relevant consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with our host.

Local Storage

Price Data and Licence Verification

The tools of the Precious Metals Suite retrieve live prices via our own infrastructure in Germany (PreciousMetalPrices). Technically necessary requests are processed to provide the data, including for licence authentication. Account creation and contract processing take place via the account area; the data stored there is used exclusively for contract fulfilment.
